Hi Matt,

Make sure to format the CF Card IN the Fusion.

The Fusion's format utility does not only format the card, it creates other folders that the Fusion needs. . .

(Windows will just format it - which is why we don't use it)

Drop the .bin file in the ROOT of the CF card.

Back up your Fusion first by copying the <Volume> folder to your computer . . . .

Insert the CF card in the Fusion and power it on.

The Fusion should SEE the bin file and ask if you want to install the OS. . . .

Just follow the prompts - and that should be it . . . .

Update: Formatted CF as FAT (16) instead of defaulted FAT32 (via my camera). Copied "Fusion_Image_v124.bin" and did the B+7 startup. Went thru the update and got "ROM Image update Failed!" "ROM image is corrupted!" The prompts said basically try again, so I did. This time it worked.

If you just want to upgrade the Fusion OS from the Fusion hard Drive This will show you what you need to do.
I will upload this document and the Fusion_OS_v1.24.bin file as Fusion OS version 1.24 for use on Fusion HD.rar file on my MediaFire Site
